Gate.io Won’t Respond After Failed USDT Transfer to Binance TR
I transferred USDT from Gate.io to Binance TR, but I entered an incorrect code, causing the funds to not reach my Binance TR account. After contacting Binance TR support, they informed me that the money needed to be returned to my Gate.io account and provided me with a TXID to resolve the issue.
However, I have been trying to contact Gate.io support for two days, and no one responds. I sent emails—no reply. Live chat? Completely unresponsive. There is absolutely no way to reach customer service. If you are considering using Gate.io, be warned—this exchange has terrible support! Gate.io, return my funds immediately!
They do not respond to emails, there is no point in writing here. The only thing you need to do is to be careful with the exchanges you invest in and stay away from Gate IO exchange.
It was a bit late and they made it difficult, but they finally got back to me. There are no Turkish live support options, so you should stay away as you might lose your money.
