Rainbow Overpriced Carbon Brushes for My Vacuum Cleaner

I bought a Rainbow vacuum cleaner many years ago and was extremely pleased with it. Recently, my vacuum cleaner broke down, so I disassembled it myself and identified the fault. Due to the country's conditions, getting service has become almost impossible, and with Rainbow, it is even worse as they almost try to resell you the vacuum instead of helping. When I wanted to buy just the motor carbon brushes, the service charged $100 for them, and I had to install them myself. While other brands’ carbon brushes cost between ₺70 and ₺250, Rainbow’s price is $100. When I researched online, I found that in some countries, the retail price of these brushes is between $6 and $11. As a company with a monopoly, demanding such exorbitant prices under the name of service, especially after already high machine costs, is both meaningless and unethical. No matter how seriously you take your brand, this kind of behavior damages its value.

The price I wrote is the retail price sold on major sites on the internet, meaning even your costly price doesn't reach these prices; they earn at least 3-5 times these prices, so if we buy those coals from you for only 1-2 USD, I guess it's 100 USD. No need for further words. The advantages of being a monopoly company.
