Rainbow Rainstar Cordless Vacuum Battery Won’t Charge, No Response from Service

I purchased my Rainbow Rainstar cordless vacuum two years ago, and for the past month, it hasn’t been charging or working at all. Despite my careful usage, the battery seems to have died. When I contacted Rainbow, they promised to send a service team, but it’s been three weeks and no one has contacted me. On top of that, I was quoted a high fee for changing the filters in my cleaning robot. I already own the steam cleaner and vacuum, and I was planning to buy their water purification system as well, but after this experience, I won’t be purchasing anything else from Rainbow. Rainbow, please fix this issue immediately!
