Rainbow Star Vacuum's HEPA Filter Causes Inefficient Performance and Battery Issues

I bought the Rainbow Star upright vacuum two years ago, and shortly after, I started experiencing problems. The most frustrating issue is with the so-called HEPA filter, which is essentially a sponge that clogs after cleaning just two small rugs. The service team advised that this filter needs to be removed, washed, and left to dry, which greatly reduces the vacuum's efficiency and usability. On top of that, the battery had to be replaced within a very short time.
I expect a prompt response from your team regarding these issues, or I will pursue my rights as a consumer. This level of performance is unacceptable for a product I purchased in good faith.
