I bought a Rainbow vacuum cleaner 10 years ago, and I’ve regretted it ever since. For years, I’ve been bombarded with phone calls, and no matter how many times I’ve asked them to remove me from their list, the calls never stop. A few months ago, I even agreed to a home visit, thinking rejecting them in person would finally end this, but it didn’t. Despite repeatedly stating that I don’t want any sales or promotions, the representative pushed me to buy a water purifier, even after I explained that I’m battling cancer. I no longer want anything to do with this company. I demand that they remove my phone number from their records. If this issue isn't resolved soon, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Rights Protection Agency.
