Puma Store Fails to Honor Warranty Promise
I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Adana Optimum Puma store. After purchasing a pair of torn shoes, I followed their instructions and returned them for warranty repair, which I was told would take up to 20 business days. On July 22, 2023, they received my shoes and assured me that they would be repaired. Today, August 25, 2023, I haven't received any phone calls or updates. My attempts to contact the Adana Optimum Puma store have resulted in silence - no responses, no callbacks. Being treated this way by a company is extremely disheartening, especially when they initially promised a solution. My dissatisfaction knows no bounds. This ordeal serves as a lesson in the value of customer service and keeping one's word.
