Columbia Shoes Deformed at The Soles, They Are Ignorant

In July 2023, I bought a pair of shoes from the Columbia store in Mavişehir. Unfortunately, the sole of the shoes started to deform within three months, by November. I explained the issue to the Columbia store in Mavişehir and handed over the shoes on November 25, 2023, for warranty processing, sending them to Istanbul. Today, on December 6, I received the shoes back without any repairs being done. Columbia has refused to repair or replace the deformed sole of the shoes they sold. The Columbia brand did not stand behind the shoes they sold. I want to alert all customers considering shopping at Columbia to think twice before buying a product. If you don't want to end up disappointed like me, reconsider when purchasing something from Columbia stores. Wishing everyone happy shopping.
