Puma Rejected My Shoe Complaint Without Even Inspecting the Product

First, I’ve owned lots of Puma shoes over the years, and I have five grown children who have worn them too. I have honestly never seen anything like this happen to a pair of Pumas. I definitely think they owe me a new pair or, at the very least, a significant discount. My last pair lasted six years and they’re still in great condition! I actually have the exact same issue with a pair of non-Puma shoes. I’ve worn them maybe five times, never in rain, water, or bad weather, and they still look practically brand new. Yet I keep being told it’s a seam rip or tear, which I’m 100% sure is not the case. I’ve tried everything to clean and fix them, and I truly believe it’s mold. In my situation, there’s no reasonable explanation for mold to have suddenly appeared like this. I wish we could all band together and get this issue properly addressed instead of being pushed aside or made to feel like we’re crazy.
