Puma  Declined My Shoe Warranty Wish Saying It's Explicitly  a User Error

I recently bought a product from the Puma store, and even though it had a manufacturing defect, they claimed it was user error and refused the return. I'm disappointed with their customer service and won't be buying Puma shoes again. It seems like Puma produces low-quality and not very durable shoes. Please be cautious and consider other options before spending your money on Puma products, especially at the Kayseri Forum Puma store. Don't let your money go to waste.
