Puma Anzarun Lite Sneakers Stitching Error Yet They Ignore All

On April 30th, 2024, I excitedly ordered a pair of Puma Anzarun Lite shoes through the In Street app. I specifically purchased them to wear for the upcoming holiday celebrations. I started wearing them on June 15th, but to my dismay, within just two days, the stitching on the side panel started coming undone. Concerned about the defect, I took the shoes to an In Street store for inspection. I requested either an exchange, refund, or repair. Unfortunately, after their examination, the store staff informed me that the problem was caused by user error and therefore, they couldn't offer any of the options I requested. Frankly, there's no way that wearing the shoes for the first time and for just two days could cause the stitching to rip. It seems clear to me that this is a manufacturing defect.it is evident, and I firmly stand by my request for an exchange.
