Reebok Shoes Torn and Cracked in 2 Months – Denied Warranty Claim

I purchased a pair of Reebok shoes on September 20, 2024, but in less than two months, the shoes have suffered severe damage. Both the inner and outer edges on both sides are completely torn, the inner lining is ripped, and cracks have appeared on the surface of the shoes.
When I took the shoes to the store for inspection, they claimed the damage was due to customer misuse and not a manufacturing defect. This explanation is unacceptable. How could a reputable brand like Reebok produce shoes that deteriorate this quickly, let alone blame the customer for such rapid wear and tear?
I demand a proper review of my case and a resolution, either through a replacement or a refund. This level of quality and service is not what I expect from a global brand. Please address this issue urgently.
