Asics Shoe Stitching Came Undone After Minimal Use

On February 5, 2024, I purchased a pair of Asics shoes from an official store. However, I recently noticed that the stitching on the right shoe's toe area has come undone. It looks as if the thread has melted or deteriorated, which is highly unusual.
The shoes are otherwise in perfect condition and still look brand new, except for this unexpected stitching defect. I have only worn them for daily walks, rotating them with my other shoes, so they have not been subjected to excessive wear and tear.
Given Asics' reputation for quality and durability, I did not expect such an issue to arise so soon. I am requesting a repair, exchange, or refund for this defective pair. I look forward to a quick resolution to this matter.
