Pull and Bear T-shirt Faded After Two Wears and They Refused Exchange

I bought a T-shirt from the Pull and Bear store and after just a month, the color faded. I only wore it twice. They didn't take care of it because I didn't have the receipt, and no exchange was made. The same thing happened to me at Zara, and they gave me a gift card. This brand is a disappointment. This isn't the first time I've experienced this with Pull and Bear. Previously, all of the jeans I bought ripped, but I didn’t make an issue of it.
