First-Time Shoe Return Nightmare at Pull & Bear

I bought Pull & Bear shoes, and to my dismay, they caused significant damage to my heels after only one wear. Unfortunately, due to the nature of my job, I never had the opportunity to wear them again. I will provide photographic evidence of the bloodstains and skin damage on my feet caused by these shoes. I returned the shoes to Optimum Pull & Bear, explaining that there appeared to be a design flaw in how these shoes were made, which I had never seen before. It was the first time I had ever returned a pair of shoes. The response I received after their ostensibly visual inspection was that the shoes were fine. I explained the situation several times, feeling both concerned for my health and disappointed. I eventually returned the shoes and left. It's disheartening that they're playing with their customers' feelings and undermining their trust. I hope someone takes the time to read this and respond appropriately.
Progress
Neither the store nor here responded to the complaint I made. Far from addressing the issue, no steps were taken in the name of customer satisfaction; the interest is zero. I wrote complaints about Pull & Bear twice. They are good at selling high-margin products, but when there is the slightest problem with the product, they act like it's no longer their concern...
