PUBG Mobile unreasonably suspended my account

Since 2019 I've been a regular in the PUBG Mobile community, where I share my gameplay through livestreams, keep up with the game's development with regular updates, and contribute financially through the purchase of season RPs. At 18:32:29 UTC on January 25, 2023, I received the shocking news that my account had been banned due to a problem with the way data was being transferred. Because of the time and effort I put into my account and the PUBG Mobile community, this ban has left me feeling devastated. Please review this matter and reconsider your unjust ruling. Please consider restoring my account and compensating me for the frustration this ban has caused as a loyal player and supporter of the game. As long as this issue is fixed in a timely and equitable fashion, I will keep playing and promoting PUBG Mobile.
