I Face Unfair Permanent Ban on PUBG Mobile Account Without Any Reason

On January 17, my PUBG Mobile account (ID: 5139*31) was permanently banned without any justification. I can no longer access the game, and this situation has left me extremely frustrated. I have never used cheats, third-party software, or engaged in any behavior that violates the game’s rules.
What makes this even worse is that I was asked to make a payment to have the restriction lifted. I refused to pay, as this is completely unacceptable. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, I did not receive any helpful or positive response.
I am demanding that this unfair ban be removed immediately and that my account access be restored. Additionally, I want PUBG to take accountability and ensure that players are not subjected to such practices. This unjust action has caused serious dissatisfaction, and I expect a proper resolution without delay.
