I recently bought a special item on PUBG Mobile for 60+1200 and 300+6000 uc that was supposed to come with gifts, but the gifts never showed up in my account. When I told the support team about this problem, they said it was all a matter of luck and chance whether or not the gift UC would be added to my account. This makes no sense at all! If it's just based on luck, why have a screen that makes players think they're getting a gift when they're not? I want to be paid back for the money I lost. This scam can't make up for the hurt feelings and anger it has caused. It's sad that these things happen in the gaming industry. I'll let you know what's going on with my last ticket.
