I Paid ₺800 for UC in PUBG Mobile but Didn’t Receive It

I purchased ₺800 worth of UC in PUBG Mobile, but the UC never arrived in my account. I am beyond frustrated because I paid for something and got absolutely nothing in return. I don’t have a screenshot saved at the moment, but I’m willing to provide one if needed—just ask.

This is a serious issue, and I feel completely cheated and ignored. I made the payment expecting a seamless transaction, but instead, I’ve been left waiting with zero support or solution.

If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will take legal action. PUBG Mobile team, do your job and fix this. I need my UC or a full refund. Don’t leave your players hanging.
