I Report Gift Package Issue On PUBG Mobile And Request 600 UC Refund

On 29.06.2025, I purchased a 600 UC gift package on PUBG Mobile, which included a costume, car skin, and wall skin, and sent it to my father’s account. Unfortunately, I now wish to cancel this gift and reclaim my 600 UC balance.
Immediately after the transaction, I contacted customer support, but no assistance was provided regarding a refund or transfer option. I believe this feature should allow for reversals, especially when the request is made shortly after the purchase and no items have been used.
This situation has caused me financial stress as the 600 UC represents a significant amount of money. I feel misled as a consumer and expect PUBG Mobile to respect its users' rights regarding accidental or unintended in-game transactions.
I explicitly request either a full refund of the 600 UC to my account or the correct transfer of the package to my father’s account, as initially intended.
