Hello, I’m writing to report a serious issue with my PUBG account. I recently purchased UC (Unknown Cash) and the payment was successfully deducted from my bank account—I even have the bank statement to prove it. However, the UC was never delivered to my account.
I submitted a complaint through the in-game support system, and instead of resolving the issue, I was told that there was a UC deduction and now I owe UC. How does that make any sense? I paid real money, received nothing, and now I’m supposedly in debt within the game?
To make matters worse, I’m now restricted from inviting friends to my lobby, which is affecting my gameplay experience. This is unacceptable. I demand a full review of my transaction and immediate correction of this error. I should not be penalized for something that was entirely the system’s fault.
PUBG support team—please fix this. I paid for UC, and I expect either the delivery of my in-game currency or a full refund without marking my account as "in debt."
