My Pubgmobile Account Hacked After I Loaded $500 Worth Of UC and I Got No Help

I loaded about $500 in UC into my PUBG Mobile account, but then my account got hacked, and so did my linked social media account. I can't help but feel confused about how this ended up being my responsibility. The PUBG support team has been utterly useless during this whole ordeal. My account got stolen and then banned, and now I'm stuck trying to explain this mess to a robot or some automated system that just doesn't get it. I really need to talk to a real customer representative to sort this out. I really just want my account back and to have my purchases restored. Dealing with this level of customer support is beyond frustrating, especially after all the time and money I've put into the game. I really need some assistance with recovering my account. Thanks!
