I Face Missing UC Purchase in PUBG Mobile on Redmi 12 via Google Play

On September 1st, I purchased 1200 UC for PUBG Mobile through Google Play using the Vodafone Mobile Payment method. During the transaction, an error occurred, and the UC never appeared in my game account. There was no clear error message on the screen, so I had no idea what went wrong.
I immediately reported the issue to both Google Play support and PUBG Mobile customer service, but to this day, I have not received any response or resolution. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and it happened while making the purchase on my Redmi 12 device in Şanlıurfa.
I paid for this digital purchase in good faith, yet the product was never delivered. I am frustrated that both Google and PUBG have ignored my reports and failed to provide even basic support or clarification.
I am requesting that the 1200 UC I purchased be credited to my PUBG Mobile account immediately, or that I receive a full refund if the delivery cannot be completed. Customers should not be left waiting without answers after making a verified payment.
