On November 9, 2025, I purchased a random PUBG Mobile account from Oyundinar.com for $8.80.
I completed the payment with my personal debit card, and I still have the receipt and full chat history with the seller.
After receiving the account credentials, I attempted to log in using the provided email and password, but I received a “suspicious activity” warning and could not access the account.
I immediately contacted the customer representative, who first advised me to try logging in through the “mail/phone” option. When that failed, they told me to delete and reinstall the game, which I also did. Despite following every instruction, the issue persisted.
Finally, the representative told me there was “nothing they could do” and refused to assist further. I requested a refund, but my request was denied. I’ve now spent over an hour trying to resolve this issue with no result.
Before purchasing, I saw a TikTok advertisement from Oyundinar.com stating, “Refund guaranteed if you’re not satisfied.” However, I received neither a working account nor my money back.
I request an immediate refund of $8.80 or a valid replacement account, as I have not received the service I paid for.
