Misleading Product and Refund Request – PUBG Mobile Account

About 10 minutes ago, I purchased a random PUBG Mobile account from OyunDinarı.com for $2.94.
The product description clearly stated that the account would include “over 400 epic items, 80% full account” and implied that it was a high-level, feature-rich account.
After receiving the account details, I logged in immediately — only to find that the account was completely new, empty, and of very low level, with no epic items or content at all. This is completely different from what was advertised.
I contacted OyunDinarı customer support right away, but my messages were seen and ignored — I received no reply or assistance.
This is not the first time I have experienced such an issue with your platform, and it has caused significant frustration.
I request that either:
A new PUBG Mobile account matching the advertised features be provided, or
A full refund of $2.94 be issued immediately to my original payment method.
If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be filing a dispute with my bank and submitting a complaint to consumer protection authorities regarding false advertising and failure to deliver a digital product as described.
