On November 8, 2025, at 10:03 AM, I purchased PUBG Mobile UC worth $34.70 from www.hesap.hizmetleri.com
 (Order No: #223318).
I completed the payment through mobile banking, and my PUBG Mobile User ID is 5167*89.

However, the UC was never credited to my account. Since that day, I have repeatedly tried to contact your support team, but every attempt shows a “Support Offline” message, and I have received no response.

This situation has caused unnecessary inconvenience. I request that my payment be refunded immediately or the purchased UC be delivered to my account without further delay.

Please confirm receipt of this message and provide a clear timeline for resolving the issue.
