Requesting Refund After Buying Steam PUBG Account Without the Game

On September 30, 2025, at 5:21 PM, I purchased a random Steam PUBG account from Oyundincar using my credit card and paid ₺200. However, the account I received was completely new and did not even include PUBG. The account was not a usable game account as it had been advertised.

When I contacted the platform’s customer service, I was told that refunds are not provided. Since the product I purchased did not have the promised features, I was left at a loss and I am requesting a refund of my payment.

I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
