Requesting a Refund and Explanation for an Unrecognized Helppay Transaction
On 04/03/2026, I saw through my İş Bankası mobile app that a payment of $1 had been charged from my İş Bankası account through Helppay without my knowledge or consent. I've been harmed by this charge because I never initiated any service or subscription with Helppay.
I'm requesting that the unauthorized $1 charge be refunded to my account as soon as possible, and that any subscription or similar recurring payment that may have been opened or associated with my name be canceled immediately. I would also like to receive a written explanation as to the basis and record under which this transaction was made.
