Requesting a Refund and Security Review After Unauthorized Helppay Charges
Two separate unauthorized transactions were made through Helppay from my İş Bankası debit card, without my knowledge or approval. I noticed two charges, each for $15, made on March 18th and March 22nd, totaling $30. I didn't make these payments, and I never gave approval for any Helppay transaction.
As soon as I noticed the situation, I contacted my bank and had my card canceled. I haven't yet contacted Helppay directly. Since these unauthorized transactions appear through Helppay, I'm requesting that both transactions be thoroughly investigated, and that the total amount charged be refunded to me.
I'm also asking that these unauthorized transactions, made without my knowledge, be reviewed from a security standpoint, that the necessary measures be taken to prevent a similar situation from happening again, and that I be given written information about this.
