I Face PUBG Account Hack on Nubia RedMagic 10 Pro and Can’t Log In

My PUBG account has been hacked for about 8 days now, and I can’t log in at all. The account I use on my Nubia RedMagic 10 Pro (username/ID: 5177****93) has been compromised. Both the phone number and email address linked to my account were changed without my permission, leaving only my Twitter account still connected.
I have made several in-game purchases, and I still have receipts and screenshots as proof. I also have content on TikTok that clearly shows the account belongs to me. Despite submitting a support request, my case was rejected without offering any alternative solution.
All I want is for PUBG to return my account and re-evaluate the security process. I’m asking for proper assistance so I can regain access to my account and the purchases I’ve made.
