Pronet Charged Me High Cancellation Fee for Alarm System

I used Pronet's alarm system service at my address in Antalya for about four months. When I tried to cancel, I was charged a very high fee of ₺38,000. This amount was stated to be for a four-month discount and two sensors. I know my contract includes a clause regarding this type of cancellation fee, but I didn't expect such a high amount. I was paying ₺3,000 monthly and only received service for a total of four months. When I contacted customer service, they offered no solutions or assistance. I'm deeply distressed by this situation and request that Pronet assist me in this matter. I request that the fee be reconsidered and a reasonable solution be offered.
