Pronet Promised a Lower Bill Then Demanded More and Refused to Cancel

We started a new subscription with Pronet’s Antalya branch, and at first, we were told that our bill would be ₺600. However, when the payment date arrived, they demanded ₺1800 and asked us to approve an automatic payment. If we hadn’t noticed the discrepancy, we would have been overcharged. On top of that, we were told that we would have to handle the refund process ourselves. When we tried to cancel the system, they said we’d have to pay a ₺30,000 cancellation fee since only one month had passed. During the purchase stage, we were told we could use the mobile app, but now they’re asking for an additional fee for the app as well. When we raised this issue, they asked us for proof—we have no idea how to prove what we were told. Since July 26, we’ve been getting calls every single day for nearly 10 days, which is extremely disturbing. Our customer number is C2080447. We haven’t made any payments so far because we know the amount we were originally told to pay is ₺600. They also warned us that we could be penalized for delaying the payment. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, we keep getting the same responses without any real solution. We are requesting that our bill be corrected to the originally stated ₺600, that the extra fee for the app be canceled, and that the constant phone calls stop. We also expect an apology for the inconvenience they’ve caused.
