I've been a Pronet customer since 2017. This year, on 13.08.2023, I informed a customer representative that due to financial reasons, I wouldn't continue the service. My renewal date was 18.08.2023. Starting from 13.08, I've been contacted by at least 10 representatives, persistently trying to convince me otherwise. Despite my repeated communication that I wasn't interested in negotiating or seeking a better price, they continued to pressure me. Eventually, a representative named Miss Büşra even went so far as to threaten my wife. These conversations were recorded, and another woman from Pronet management reached out to apologize multiple times. They eventually sent me a contract cancellation form, which I promptly signed and returned. However, Pronet still deducted 578 TL from my bank account. To this day, I haven't received a refund. I've learned that it's crucial to protect oneself from PRONET. They seem determined to acquire your money by any means, and standing up for your rights against them is a formidable challenge. Their claim of being 'family' seems to mean nothing more than 'you're our source of income.
