Last Friday, my Profile washing machine, which is only five months old, stopped working. During the service visit on Saturday, a faulty motherboard was discovered and it was stated that there were no spare motherboards available nearby. In spite of the requirement to maintain spare parts for a decade, they assured me that they would make an effort to find a replacement and scheduled a visit to repair it on Wednesday. Surprisingly, they went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following Friday without even letting me know. I've been dealing with this inconvenience for a week, struggling to find someone reliable to contact. It's quite baffling that in this era of technological advancements, a mere five-month-old device still hasn't had its motherboard issue resolved. Ultimately, my disappointment with selecting Profilo is immeasurable. I am determined to assert my rights with full force, utilizing both social media and legal avenues.
