For the past three months, I've been dealing with strange noises coming from the fridge I purchased. Fed up, I reached out to customer service for assistance. The technicians who came determined there was a gas leak due to a manufacturing defect and that the motor was malfunctioning. They assured me they would take the fridge to their workshop for further testing.
I couldn't believe it. How could a fridge I've only had for three months break down like this? When I demanded a replacement, they refused. To make matters worse, the loaner fridge they provided is neither cooling properly nor the same size, resulting in our food constantly spoiling.
