Arçelik Fridge Motor Failure Complaint

For the past three months, I've been dealing with strange noises coming from the fridge I purchased. Fed up, I reached out to customer service for assistance. The technicians who came determined there was a gas leak due to a manufacturing defect and that the motor was malfunctioning. They assured me they would take the fridge to their workshop for further testing.
I couldn't believe it. How could a fridge I've only had for three months break down like this? When I demanded a replacement, they refused. To make matters worse, the loaner fridge they provided is neither cooling properly nor the same size, resulting in our food constantly spoiling. I'm beyond frustrated with Arçelik and their authorized service. This whole ordeal has been embarrassing and distressing. I vow never to purchase anything from Arçelik again.
