Prime Video Free Trial Billing Complaint

I started a 30-day free trial on Prime Video, yet my card was charged despite the trial. When activating the membership, it was clearly stated that no fee would be charged during the trial period and that payment would only occur after the trial ended. However, on 11/24/2025, a Prime Video fee was taken from my card.
I use my Prime Video account with the phone number 0552****835. I request a refund of the amount that was wrongly charged during the free trial period, and I ask that my trial period be corrected so that it remains truly free as advertised.
