Prime Video Charged Me During Free Trial and Didn’t Create My Account

I subscribed to the Prime Video app today. Even though it stated that the first 30 days would be free, a charge was taken from my card immediately after signing up. When I tried to log in through the app, the system said that I was not registered and would not allow me to access my account.
I then attempted to register again, and during this second attempt, my card was charged once more. Although a total of $4 was taken from my card today, there is still no active account visible on Prime Video, and I am unable to use the service.
When I tried to request support by leaving my phone number through the help section, this time I received a warning stating that my number was not recognized, so I was unable to reach any customer representative. I do not accept being charged twice when no account was successfully created.
The card used belongs entirely to me, and I request a full refund of the $4 charged, as well as the cancellation of any incomplete or incorrectly created membership on the system.
