Amazon Prime Video Locked My Account During Free Trial, Unable to Access or Cancel

I signed up for Amazon Prime Video and was using the 30-day free trial, but now I can’t access my account at all. When I enter my email, I receive a verification code, but then it says, "Your account has been locked, please contact customer service." However, I can't reach customer service either. The trial is about to end, and they’ll charge me ₺39 every month for something I can’t even use! Why should I pay for a service I can’t access? I need help resolving this quickly before the trial ends and charges begin. Amazon, please unlock my account or allow me to cancel the subscription!
