I Experience Prime Video Black Screen Problem After Update

I subscribed to Prime Video about 1–2 weeks ago and was able to watch shows and movies without any issues.

On 11/28/2025, while watching a series on Prime Video from my phone, the screen suddenly went black. Since that moment, the app only plays audio—there is no video on any series, movie, or clip.

I am accessing Prime Video on my Realme 11 device, and this problem occurs only within the Prime Video app. Other video apps work normally with no issues. To fix the problem, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, performed the hardware acceleration upgrade within the app, and restarted my phone, but none of these steps resolved the issue.

Since this is a paid subscription service, I am unable to use the service properly due to this error and am not receiving the value I paid for. I request that Prime Video resolve this display issue as soon as possible, contact me, and compensate for my inconvenience by extending my membership.
