TOD App on Apple TV Won’t Play Shows – No Support, No Fix
Even though I have an active subscription on the TOD app for Apple TV, I can’t watch any shows. When I go to the series section and press play, the app immediately crashes and closes itself.
This issue started suddenly while the app was working fine, and it has been broken for weeks with no fix. I’ve tried everything—updated the app, deleted and reinstalled it, reset my modem—but nothing works.
Worst of all, there is no customer support! No way to call anyone, no response from technical assistance. TOD, fix this now! If I’m paying for this service, I expect it to work properly. Provide a real solution!
