I purchased the Huawei MatePad PaperMate 11.5" tablet two weeks ago and noticed an issue when using apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime. Every time I press the volume buttons while watching something, the screen freezes for three to four seconds. Interestingly, this problem doesn’t occur when watching videos on YouTube or through browsers.
This lag significantly disrupts the viewing experience on streaming platforms, which is one of the main reasons I bought this tablet. I expect Huawei to address this issue promptly, as it affects the tablet's performance on widely used apps. Please provide a software update or solution to fix this problem. Customers deserve a seamless experience for the premium price paid.
