I Can’t Access Netflix on My TV Even Though Other Apps Work Fine- ui-800-3 Error

I’m having a serious issue with Netflix on my device. Every other app is working perfectly, but Netflix is completely inaccessible. There’s no update available, and I’ve already tried everything I can think of. I attempted to access it through Google—no luck. I went through the system settings to check for a firmware or system update—there’s nothing there.
I don’t understand how only Netflix is affected while everything else works without a problem. This is extremely frustrating, especially because Netflix is the one platform I actually use and pay for regularly.
Please resolve this issue urgently. I expect access to a service I’m subscribed to. If Netflix is going to make changes that cause this kind of disruption, they need to communicate it clearly or offer a proper workaround. Right now, I feel like I’m being pushed away from using a service I’ve been loyal to.
