Prezi Charged $43 Without Notice After Free Trial – I Want a Refund

I signed up for a Prezi free trial and entered my card details as required. The website stated that I would receive an email notification a few days before any payment was taken. However, I just got charged $43 without any prior warning! How can Prezi take money from my account without my consent? I had no intention of continuing the subscription and had already canceled it, yet they still withdrew the fee. This is completely unfair and misleading. I demand an immediate refund for the charge.
