I signed up for Prezi’s free trial, providing my credit card details as required. However, I made sure to cancel my subscription before the billing date, expecting that no charge would be made.
Despite my cancellation, Prezi still charged me $57.60 without my authorization. This is completely unfair and misleading. If I canceled before the deadline, why was my card still charged?
