Porland's Women's Day Sale Scam
My purchases from the Perlavista Porland store, which I made over the weekend, were delivered to me just yesterday. But today I saw that they were offering a whopping 33% off for their Women's Day sale, so I checked it out. Since the sale was still going on, I was eager to get my money back and repurchase the items. The response I got when I asked for a refund was absurd; instead of crediting my card, they gave me a gift voucher. Anyway, I decided to take them up on their offer. However, I was told that I could not use the gift voucher to purchase the item I had previously returned. I was hoping to pay the same rate that everyone else was, but I was charged an extra 1,400 TL. In the past, I frequently spoke highly of Perlavista Porland as a shopping destination, and even sent some of my closest friends and family members there. However, I now feel like I've been totally duped. I doubt I'll ever shop there again because they clearly don't care about satisfying their customers' needs. Others, including yourself, should avoid going there to shop, as I have done. They'll help you out up until the sale ends, but after that, they're out of there.
