I Never Received My Refund for an Unavailable Dress from KiyafetSepeti
On April 13, 2025, I placed an order for a dress through the online store kiyafetsepeti.com. The very next day, I received a phone call from the store informing me that the size I ordered was no longer available. Instead of issuing a refund, they offered me a store voucher worth over ₺1000 to use later that year. I declined the voucher and clearly stated that I wanted a full refund for the dress I never received.
They promised that my money would be refunded within 15 business days—but it has been well beyond that period, and I still haven’t received any payment. No proper follow-up, no update, and absolutely no accountability from their side.
This experience has completely destroyed my trust in their service. A store that cannot manage a basic refund for an unavailable product cannot be considered reliable. I’m warning others to stay away and demanding that Kiyafet Sepeti immediately issue the refund they owe me. Not doing so amounts to taking money for a product they never delivered, which is unacceptable.
