I purchased a dress from Kıyafetsepeti for my henna night last year, placing my order three weeks in advance to avoid any delays. However, just two days before my event, they canceled my order, claiming it was still in production and wouldn’t be ready on time.
Instead of a refund, they offered me a store credit and asked me to choose another item of the same value. I reluctantly agreed, but what I received was a cheap, low-quality dress, nothing like what I originally ordered. My original dress was ₺6326, yet the one they sent was worth at most ₺1000-₺2000.
After dealing with their unprofessional WhatsApp support, I gave up. Now, I am stuck with a useless coupon that they claim is valid for a year, but I can’t use it for purchases under ₺1204. I have to pay extra to even use my own money!
This experience ruined a special moment in my life. I had saved up for my dream dress, only to be left with a cheap substitute at the last minute. Money is not easy to earn, and I feel completely cheated.
I demand a full refund for the original purchase amount. This kind of unethical business practice should not be tolerated. Kıyafetsepeti, I hope you take responsibility for your terrible service!
