Oysho Customer Service Unresponsive to Gift Card Return Policy
I had to return a purchase made with an Oysho gift card because the product was defective. Even after I explained that I no longer possessed the gift card, I was unable to receive a refund. Contradicting their own policy as clearly stated on their website. Both the cashier and the customer service were of no help. I've just wasted ₺1,700.
From what I've been informed, it seems that I'm not the only one who has gone through this. Countless customers have fallen prey to this unfairness. It is illegal for any brand to create gift cards that are intended for long-term use.
I will take action against this unfairness, and I have decided to no longer make any purchases at Oysho.
