I thought I had found the perfect dress for my wedding on the Kıyafet Sepeti website. The system indicated that the order was finished, however, a shipping tracking number was not provided. Upon reaching out to them, they promptly notified me that the item was unfortunately unavailable and could not be shipped. They recommended that I consider alternative color options, almost as if it were a playful suggestion. I said no. They mentioned the possibility of modifying the model and offering a discount coupon. Because of my skepticism, I decided to ask for a refund. It has been 23 days since I requested the refund. Every single day, I am bombarded with endless excuses, such as the infamous promise of a refund within 15 business days. They even keep track of the day the refund request was initiated. They claim that on the 15th business day, the refund will be issued "by the end of the day," but they provide absurd justifications. It's a strategy used to consistently prolong the process. They are incredibly efficient at charging for items that are out of stock, but when it comes to issuing refunds, they seem to drag their feet. It takes them a whopping 15 days to process a refund, not including the day the request was made. And to make matters worse, they often make excuses like "it will be refunded by the evening." They are making every effort to retain the funds. I have decided to never shop here again and will make sure to let others know about my negative experience, unfortunately.
