As someone who has experienced issues with Koçtaş online shopping, I am deeply regretting my decision to make a purchase. For my order number 1052866926, I waited 15 days for the product. Then, the delivery company they work with called me and said, "We have brought the product; please come to the entrance of the site to pick it up, as we cannot deliver it any further." This was my first shock because, as a woman, I would not have purchased the item if I had known I would have to carry a package that even two people couldn't lift!
Naturally, the product arrived damaged and faulty. When I immediately called to request a return, I was told to contact the seller and that Koçtaş could not intervene. I reached out to the seller but received no response. The next day, when I called again, I barely managed to submit my return request. However, I was told that I couldn't receive a return shipping number immediately and that I would receive information via SMS.
Today is the fifth day, and I have called multiple times for updates. The large package is sitting in the middle of my home, and I have put all my tasks on hold, waiting for the return shipping information. When I called again today, I was told that due to the weekend, I would have to wait an additional two days. Meanwhile, the supplier company called me to ask how satisfied I was with the product, indicating that they have no integration with Koçtaş. All the representatives I spoke with said they would relay my requests to their managers, but unfortunately, it seems that the managers are not working, as the requests have not been resolved.
I am likely unable to return this product without filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. I feel deceived because the product is faulty. I advise against trusting Koçtaş and trying online shopping with them.
