Baby Mall's Defective Stroller and Unresponsive Customer Service
For our overseas trip with my daughter, I ordered the Duux Siena Baston model stroller from the Baby Mall website on August 8th. Two days later, the product was delivered to my mother's house in Ankara. Our flight was scheduled for August 13th, and I hadn't seen the stroller yet. When I tried to use the stroller before the flight, I noticed that the cushion pictured was missing, the stroller didn't open smoothly, and parts of the canopy were broken. I immediately called customer service to explain the situation and inform them that I would be unable to transport the defective stroller. They hung up after assuring me that they would escalate the issue to the appropriate department. I never received any calls after I moved abroad. I wanted to return the product, but I couldn't because I never received the login code sent to my phone. Despite numerous calls and emails to customer service, I was unable to resolve the issue. Given that the stroller cost 1600 TL, all I wanted was to extend the return date by a few days. Nobody can afford to waste money these days. Please heed my request and assist me in returning the product.
